Supply Chain Lead

Job Description

The Supply Chain Lead is responsible for supporting FNEFL in a number of warehouse and inventory related activities, including:

  • Ensuring customers’ orders are accurately picked and staged for fleet
  • Accurately and thoroughly fulfilling inventory order requests according to established guidelines and the appropriate “pick” sheet
  • Accurately accounting for all products received; completing receiving forms for inventory documentation
  • Accurately, efficiently and safely storing items on racks, shelves, bins or refrigerated rooms/freezers according to product type, size, expiration date or product code


  • One day per week or more
  • Estimate 4-8 hours each volunteer day


  • Pallet Jack (Training Provided)
  • Optional – Fork Lift (Training Provided)
